What I want to improve in my teaching?

I would like to be more competent in differentiation.
I would like to better incorporate ICT activities in my teaching.
I would like to collaborate more efficiently.
I would like to try flipping my classroom.
I would like to gamify parts of the subjects.
I would like to minimise teacher centred teaching.
I would like to introduce standing desks for some of my students.
I would like to incorporate more movement in my teaching.
